A user is anyone in your organization who can access the AI SDO dashboard. Developers using the synced instructions in their repos don't count as users unless they need dashboard access.

What are API calls?

API calls are requests to our API for syncing repos, managing agents, or retrieving analytics. Normal usage rarely exceeds limits - they're mainly there to prevent abuse.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade instantly and downgrade at the end of your billing period. We prorate upgrades.
